The FiT2clean Award 2025 from the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) once again recognizes pioneering developments in cleaning technology. The 10,000 euro prize was awarded to Bo-Inno GmbH, a specialist in the field of individual workpiece carriers and washing baskets for washing processes and internal logistics. The company received the award for a data tracker that records and analyzes process parameters in industrial cleaning systems in real time.
Compact data tracker for precise analyses
The compact data tracker from Bo-Inno measures temperature, time, movement profile and ultrasound intensity directly in the cleaning process. The recorded values are used for process analysis and early detection of system deviations. This makes it possible to demonstrably improve the quality and efficiency of parts cleaning.
Automated testing system and networked measuring system
Nägele Mechanik GmbH followed in second place with a fully automated testing system for particulate cleanliness and Safechem Europe GmbH with a system for digital monitoring of solvent quality. Nägele Mechanik impressed with an automated testing system that enables over 100 cleanliness checks per day and significantly reduces testing costs compared to conventional laboratory analyses. Safechem presented a networked measuring system that continuously monitors solvent parameters and contributes to process reliability through trend analyses.
