The aim of quality assurance in industrial cleaning is to meet the requirements for the cleanliness of components from subsequent manufacturing processes, such as coating, bonding, welding or assembly. With the two-day seminar "Quality assurance in component cleaning", the Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. (FiT) is offering a further training and qualification measure from February 19 - 20 in Heilbronn.
Teaching practice and theory
Application engineers will impart the knowledge required to ensure stable component cleanliness in theory and practice, with a lecture section in the morning and a practical section in the afternoon. Speakers Tilo Zachmann, SITA, and Sebastian Wex, RJL, will focus on monitoring the process media and checking component cleanliness in their part of the seminar at. The speakers will introduce participants to methods for ensuring process and component quality. For example, how quality-determining parameters can be monitored in the cleaning process and how components can be checked for unwanted contamination.
