ProWaTech AG was founded in 2004. The company specializes in process water, recycling and wastewater technology for the electroplating, medical, watch and electronics industries. ProWaTech AG's range of products and services includes expert advice and the supply of plants for process water treatment and wastewater treatment. The associated subsidiary Hauser + Walzer - Beratende Ingenieure GmbH complements the portfolio with the business areas of expert opinions and chemical products. Nico Siegenthaler, Managing Director of EnviroChemie AG, is extremely pleased with the new members. "These acquisitions represent a significant milestone in our corporate strategy and strengthen our position in the market. The two companies have outstanding know-how and expertise, which will enable us to expand our portfolio and acquire new customers."
In order to be able to plan for the future at an early stage, Diplom Ing. (TU) Rainer Walz and Diplom Ing. (FH) Herbert Hauser have decided to transfer their shares in ProWaTech AG and Hauser + Walz GmbH to EnviroChemie AG in Eschenbach SG. "As a system supplier of industrial water treatment plants, ProWaTech AG has comparable structures to EnviroChemie AG, but is active in other markets, like ProWaTech AG with its focus on surface treatment. We will therefore complement each other perfectly," says Herbert Hauser.
