Elcometer will be showing its new range of entry level blast pots. Elcometer's mobile "Contractor" blast pots are cost effective, easy to use and designed for reliability. Featuring industry standard remote control valves, abrasive metering valves and 1¼" (32 mm) piping, Elcometer "Contractor" blast kettles are highly competitive, easy to maintain and built to the same high quality as Elcometer "Performance" and "Performance HP" blast kettles. he Elcometer "Performance" blast boilers are designed to improve blasting efficiency, where the "Performance HP" high pressure blast boilers ensure that pressure is maintained at the nozzle for working at height or when using long hose lines.
Whether you are working on small maintenance projects or blasting small parts for large scale rehabilitation jobs, ballast tanks or bridges, regardless of the scale of the project, Elcometer's blast pots are designed to last longer, be more durable and perform better. Inspection is required throughout the blasting and coating process and Elcometer is able to offer inspectors all the equipment required to meet their inspection needs - from measuring the profile of a blasted surface with the Elcometer 224 Surface Profile Gauge, to measuring the cleanliness of the prepared surface with the Elcometer 130SSP Soluble Salts Profile Analyser, which gives Bresle equivalent readings, or accurately measuring the dry film thickness of a coating on a ferrous and/or on a non-ferrous substrate using the Elcometer 456 Coating Thickness Gauge.
