The driverless transport system, which Eisenmann developed especially for the paint shop, is the logical further development of the skidless paint shop, with which the Böblingen engineers were already able to set the tone in terms of sustainability. The company has already been rewarded several times for the sustainability concept implemented in its portfolio with nominations at prestigious environmental awards and winning the Environmental Technology Award of Baden-Württemberg.
The VarioMover is a product for special applications in body painting. It can be moved omnidirectionally, thus enabling the most compact driving modes. Eight drives, which can also run in "all-wheel drive" mode, allow abrasion-free turns on the spot. The SiMove control system, the latest technology from Siemens, also contributes to precision. In addition to optical guidance, it also allows free navigation. The sustainable battery concept means that the VarioMover can operate for the entire duration of a shift without recharging the batteries. The KTL dryer can also be run through at 220 degrees. As a further building block for the paint shop of the future, Eisenmann offers a highly flexible storage concept that is also patented worldwide and thus represents a unique selling point.
