The 7th International Conference ALD for Industry bridges the gap between fundamental science, industrialization and commercialization of atomic layer deposition (ALD). The process is used to deposit a variety of thin film materials from the vapor phase of matter. The technology is growing due to the increase in microelectronic applications, as well as industrial Li-ion batteries, photovoltaics or quantum technology.
The event has attracted more than 100 participants as well as exhibitors to Dresden every year since 2016. Next year, it will take place on March 12 and 13.
