For greater efficiency and resource consumption, the Pro version of the EcoBell4 uses a new 4-main-needle technology: the patented system requires just four seconds for each color change of the High Runner colors. In combination with the new EcoProBooth, the EcoBell4 combines all coating tasks in one box. Also new are patented discardable external charges that can be combined within the Pro series. Dirty electrode rings are simply replaced with a clean one in one of the EcoProBooth's four maintenance boxes, without having to stop the system for the cleaning process.
All EcoBell4 atomizers are equipped with RFID technology. Dürr has also further developed the external charging system to achieve even higher efficiency. Other new features include a robust, easy-to-maintain speed sensor, a vibration sensor integrated into the robot that detects imbalances in the bell disk and turbine before they cause damage, and a protective sock with a patented mounting concept. It reduces contamination so that painting can continue for at least four hours without having to clean the atomizer in between.
