In future, the Dürr Group's production sites will use an in-house management system. The Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) developed with the subsidiary iTAC maps production digitally and in real time.

The MOM system used by Dürr aims to standardize the IT landscape thanks to as few interfaces as possible. It is designed so that all of the Dürr Group's production sites can use the system in line with the Group's "OneMES strategy". This should make production processes more efficient and optimize their planning and control. In addition, the production processes can be mapped in real time across all locations.

The new MOM was rolled out in spring 2023 at the Holzbronn and Schopfloch sites of Group subsidiary HOMAG and in parts of Dürr Systems AG in Bietigheim-Bissingen. The core modules were machine connectivity and order data acquisition. It is planned to integrate further plants in the coming months. The introduction of the standardized MOM supports the digital transformation in the Dürr Group and also creates synergies, as all system developments can be used by all subgroups, according to the Group.
