Denios facilitates handling of sliding fire protection warehouse doors

Fire protection bearings with sliding gates from the RFP (815.30 SD) product family from Denios are now supplied with the so-called "Comfort Motion". This makes their handling significantly easier.

Previously, muscle power of 26 kg was required to push or pull open the sliding gates of Denios fire protection bearings. With the new technology, this effort is halved. A new opening and closing technology makes it possible to easily set the 500 kg gates in motion with two fingers.

The so-called "Comfort Motion" is installed as standard in the "RFP 815.30 SD" models. Older fire protection bearings can be retrofitted. In addition to the "Comfort Motion" solution, the company will in future also offer the fire protection warehouse in an electrically operated version (RFP 815.30 SD ED). Here, the sliding gates can be opened and closed by remote control and thus also conveniently operated from a forklift truck.
