The year 2026 marks a special anniversary for Denios: for 40 years, the company has been providing solutions for the safe handling of hazardous substances as well as occupational safety and environmental protection. Denios was founded in 1986 based on an engineer's idea to develop a collection tray.
From a single product to an international supplier
Starting with this first product, Denios gradually expanded its portfolio. In 1987, the company moved its headquarters to Bad Oeynhausen, where it is still located today. International expansion followed in the early 1990s with the first location in the USA. In the following years, the company grew both geographically and in terms of content. Today, the range comprises more than 25,000 products and systems, including collection trays, hazardous material storage, safety and storage solutions, and complementary services for industrial applications.
Safety beyond legal requirements
According to the company, Denio understands safety as more than just compliance with legal requirements.
