This was certainly a difficult decision for the organizer. Not least because the omens actually pointed to a downright record event. However, PaintExpo has a considerable international share of exhibitors and visitors - also from COVID 19 risk areas. However, this does not change the fact that the relocation is also a challenge for exhibitors, requiring additional efforts in many respects. Currently, the show organizer is working hard to find an alternate date this year in the fall or winter.
Let's hope that this will be successful and that the positive impulses of PaintExpo will not be lost to the industry this year. Even if the current developments and events surrounding the Corona virus are throwing a lot of things into confusion, it is still important to keep a cool head and to face the situation with reason, foresight and perseverance.
