More than 300 technical papers on thin-film surface engineering, plasma technology and their applications will be presented at PSE2022. In the industry workshop "Changes in Plasma Surface Engineering", the current trend changes in the fields of surface engineering from battery technology and hydrogen technology to sustainability and digital coating will be examined and evaluated in more detail by experts from the industry.
The trend workshop "Plasma(-catalysis) in gas conversion processes" invites interested parties to inform themselves about plasma technologies for gas phase conversion processes. The lecture program will be enriched by poster sessions and award ceremonies. The European Joint Committee for Plasma and Ion Surface Engineering EJC/PISE will present the PSE Awards in the Award Session on September 15, 2022. The German Vacuum Society DVG e.V. will award the Rudolf Jaeckel Prize 2022 in a Vacuum Session.
