For 28 years, Hehl Galvanotronic has stood for the development of individual process control software and control cabinet construction from a single source. The company focuses on the automation and digitalization of electroplating and wastewater systems. Founder Jörg A. Hehl began thinking about his succession a few years ago. His daughter Caroline C. Hehl has been with the company since 2018 and decided to take over 2.5 years ago. "As Managing Director, I am looking forward to delving even deeper into our business and continuing to prepare for the takeover in the best possible way," says the new Managing Director.
Change of name and joining the management board
An important step in this process was the change of name. Since the beginning of July 2024, Hehl Galvanotronic GmbH & Co. KG has taken over the overall legal succession of Jörg A. Hehl Galvanotronic e.K. "Nothing will change for our customers," says Jörg A. Hehl. Contact persons, product range, quality and performance will remain the same. And the owner will also remain the same (for now). The only change is that Caroline C. Hehl has joined the management team with the change of name.
