The XQbot welding cell is immediately ready for operation after connection to the power and gas supply. It is programmed via app. The XQbot 1, which measures approx. 2 x 1 m, is suitable for smaller components. It is accessible from three sides. The XQbot 2TT is equipped with a rotating indexing table and is intended for larger components and small to medium series. The next workpiece can already be fixed while the cobot is welding. Once it is finished, the indexing table is rotated to remove it.
The welding cells can be used flexibly. For example, the XQbot is available with an integrated Phoenix XQ 355 DW welding power source or the option of connecting an external EWM power source. The built-in Fanuc CRX 10iA CRX robot enables industrial-level production. It features high repeatability and optimum stability.
