On November 14 and 15, employees from industrial coating companies, duplex coaters, contract coaters, suppliers from the paint and pre-treatment industry and system manufacturers will once again come together to receive suggestions and tips on all aspects of coating and to exchange ideas with colleagues.
Legends about industrial coating technology
Once again this year, there will be presentations on topics that are of constant interest to coaters: At the beginning of the event, the focus will be on maintenance and servicing. This will be followed by a presentation on optimizing the rinsing process. Further presentations on explosion protection and sustainability will round off the day. The second day will start with a live podcast on the topic of "Fables, legends and esotericism from the field of industrial painting technology". Later on Friday, quality assurance for painting hooks and racks as well as adhesives and sealants for powder coating will be highlighted.
Everyone needs powder award
This year, the QIB is once again presenting the "Everyone Needs Powder" award. Each year, this rewards the best trainees in the profession of process mechanic for coating technology with a focus on powder coating. The QIB presents all award winners with a trophy, prize money and specialist literature. An expert jury selects the best trainees from the applications received.
