Bastian Krauss took over the role of President and Executive Director on July 1. He was most recently Executive Vice President and Executive Director of the Kansai Helios Group.
Focusing more strongly on growth
The Group recently strengthened its position in the global coatings industry with the acquisition of the Weilburger Coatings Group. Now the company wants to focus even more on consolidation, integration and growth.
Management Board restructured
The Management Board has therefore now also been restructured. Dietmar Jost, previously President, and Yoshihiro Tanaka, previously Executive Director, are taking on global management roles within the Kansai Print Group. In this role, they will lead the ACE Coatings (Agriculture, Construction, Earthmoving Machinery) and Rail Coatings segments - Dietmar Jost as Global Head and Yoshihiro Tanaka as Global Business Director of the segment.
Mitsuru Masunaga, Executive Vice President and Executive Director, and Executive Director Frank Gläser will retain their positions on the newly formed Group Management Board together with Bastian Krauss.
