The certification audit was carried out by Halal Control and consisted of two parts - Stage 1 and 2. At the Buzil plant in Memmingen, the products were inspected and reviewed by a food technologist and a PhD in Islamology.
The two auditors from Halal Control were particularly impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and good working atmosphere in the company. The certified products can now be used without hesitation in food processing areas that work according to Halal specifications.
