The event marked the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation project that transformed the nearly 20,000 m² US headquarters into a hub for production, assembly, service, and collaboration. Speakers included Turgay Ozan, President and CEO of Busch Group USA, Michael Junge, Founding Managing Director of Busch USA, Ayhan Busch, Co-Founder of Busch Group, Sami and Kaya Busch, Co-CEOs of Busch Group, and Bobby Dyer, Mayor of Virginia Beach.
Turgay Ozan, President and CEO of Busch Group USA, kicked off the celebration by welcoming guests and expressing his gratitude to the employees and partners who have contributed to the company's success: "Today is not just about the past 50 years – it's about the future we are shaping together," said Ozan.
Representing the second generation of family leadership, Busch Group Co-CEOs Sami and Kaya Busch also spoke. "We are investing in sustainability, digitalization, and the continuous development of our employees around the world," explained Kaya Busch.
Afterwards, the company management and the Busch family cut a ribbon at the renovated headquarters, officially inaugurating it. This was followed by guided tours for the participants, during which they visited the machine hall, system construction areas and assembly lines, the service center, and the offices.
