Boge has acquired Inmatec GaseTechnologie GmbH & Co KG, one of the leading manufacturers of nitrogen and oxygen generators. Inmatec installs and manufactures systems for worldwide use. The company will continue to exist as an independent business unit with its Herrsching site and will continue to operate under its own name.
With the takeover, Boge, the compressed air specialist, is positioning itself more broadly in the future. "We have high quality standards, which Inmatec fully meets with its premium products," says Boge Managing Director Olaf Hoppe. "By expanding our product portfolio, we offer our customers high-quality complete solutions 'made in Germany' from a single source."
