The new Low Pressure Turbo 150 from Boge achieves its ideal energy efficiency level at low operating pressure. The oil-free compressor is particularly suitable for sensitive applications.

Numerous industries require oil-free compressed air up to 4 bar. With the LPT 150, Boge achieves good efficiency values at a low operating pressure of between 2 and 4 bar. This leads to permanently low operating costs in the low-pressure network. Each component has been optimized for its intended use. The LPT technology is also characterized by specifications such as a compact design and quiet operation. With 100 % oil-free compressed air, the compressor is particularly suitable for sensitive applications.

High efficiency

Theoptimum technical coordination of the permanent magnet motor, air-bearing drive shaft and two-stage compressor system ensures a high level of efficiency. A frequency inverter adapts the compressor to the compressed air requirement. The intelligent focus 2.0 control system optimizes energy consumption and capacity utilization.

No lubrication and motor shaft with air bearings

The entire compression process takes place without oil. Thanks to the air-bearing motor shaft and the complete absence of lubrication, Boge ensures Class 0 oil-free compressed air with the LPT 150. The technology is low-wear and low-maintenance, as there is no need to replace gears or change oil and filters. Thanks to its compact design, the quiet LPT 150 requires less space than comparable screw compressors.

Avaiable with heat recovery

Users can purchase the LPT 150 with optional heat recovery and thus save up to 80 % energy. The heat from the compressed air process is transferred to the process water via coolers and can heat it up to 90 °C. The water is then available for further use. The water is then available for further use.
