From March 17 to 21, BerlinerLuft. Technik GmbH will be presenting various devices and accessories for industrial ventilation and refrigeration in Frankfurt. Monobloc solutions with integrated control and refrigeration technology from the HygCond series will be on display. Also on show is the efficient EcoCond+ heat recovery system with integrated heat pump for greater energy efficiency. In the field of ventilation components, the manufacturer will be presenting louvre and deflector hoods as well as baffle baskets for noise reduction.
Monoblock as a plug-and-play solution
With the monoblock, BerlinerLuft. Technik focuses on sustainable refrigerants and safety. The plug-in monoblock has a modular and compact design and is equipped with all air technology assemblies and functional units. As the air handling unit is supplied ready for operation, installation time and costs on site are reduced.
Less noise thanks to baffle cage
The baffle cage will also be on the stand in Frankfurt. It is used in ventilation towers, where it reduces noise. The baffle cages are suitable for both round and square cross-sections of metal or concrete shafts. Thanks to their special design, they guarantee effective sound insulation for low noise emissions.
Maximum energy efficiency with EcoCond+
The highly efficient EcoCond+ heat recovery system for heating and cooling has temperature transfer efficiencies of up to 92%. At the same time, it meets the hygiene requirements in accordance with VDI 6022. Thanks to the economical operation of the system, the life cycle costs of ventilation and air conditioning systems can be sustainably reduced.
Optimization of the roof hoods
As part of the further development of fresh air and exhaust air technology, BerlinerLuft. Technik is presenting two new roof hood designs: a louvred hood for fresh air intakes that can withstand even severe weather conditions and a deflector hood with improved flow efficiency for minimized pressure loss.
