Beko Technologies now offers the new Metpoint CID leakage management system. The device enables fast leak detection during operation and also in hard-to-reach areas. At a distance of 0.2 m to 6 m, the leak detector uses a sonic funnel to detect ultrasonic sounds generated by escaping air. Once a leak is found, the integrated camera visually displays its position and size on the screen.
In addition, the device uses a laser distance measurement to determine the intensity of the leakage in decibels and automatically calculates the loss of compressed air and the resulting costs. A screen recording is made to store the data. For those who do not want to constantly look at the display during leak detection with Metpoint CID, leaks can also be detected acoustically via headphones. Disturbing ambient noise is masked out in the process.
