The opening of the technical center at BSC's Minhang site marks another milestone in the company's expansion in the Chinese market. With this new offering, BSC can better serve vehicle manufacturers in China with its technology, products and services. The center has modern laboratory facilities and an experienced team. It offers customers solutions that cover the entire process from color design, styling and customization to product development and launch through the "color + innovation" studio.
The Minhang project was launched in 2020 and includes the modernization of a complete office building, a technical center, the KTL application technology center and Chemetall's newly established regional research and development center. The expanded Minhang site will be a production site focused on coatings and surface treatment.
