Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the most frequently used processes - also for high purity products. The Cavispector enables the cleaning process to be analyzed. This is because many parameters play an important role. These include the degassing of the medium, the influence of the cleaning agent, the flow rate during bath maintenance, the loading of goods, the goods baskets, the aging of the US transducers and much more.
The device accurately measures the influence of these parameters and, based on the acquired data, allows to define and monitor a process window. In the case of cleanliness testing, the measuring system can ensure comparable tests, as the ultrasonic devices can be set in a defined manner during extraction.
