ColorMatchic is part of AkzoNobel's cloud-based MIXIT application for color matching. This reduces the risk of mixing errors and the associated time, cost and material losses, and makes the process more sustainable.
The painter can easily mix additional colors and continue working in the booth during the fully automatic mixing process. Small dosing quantities (up to 40 ml) are also possible. This reduces the likelihood of having to dispose of excess paint unnecessarily.
Extremely high dispensing accuracy
The dispensing mechanism is accurate to within a third of a drop of water (0.015 ml). The high dosing accuracy can be easily and accurately reproduced if additional quantities of paint are required for the same job.
Fully integrated process
The mixing process with the ColorMatchic is a fully integrated process: the painter first measures the color with Automatchic Vision, the spectrophotometer from AkzoNobel. The measurement is then synchronized with the cloud-based MIXIT application.
The software then finds the most suitable color formulation, the painter selects it and presses "Mix". ColorMatchic then automatically creates the mixture based on the formula, which can be processed in just five minutes.
