The 42nd ak-adp workshop will take place as an attendance event on Nov. 9 and 10 in Naumburg. The technical presentations will deal with current topics in the industry, for example surface wetting for various requirements, special cleaning, activation and coating processes, adhesive-free joining or plasma modification of polymer and stainless steel surfaces.
Under the motto "Surface energy under cross-examination," the concluding ak-adp-talk poses the provocative question: "Test inks - humbug or fast and inexpensive tool for the practitioner?" Experts from the analytical instrument manufacturers Krüss GmbH and Dataphysics Instruments GmbH will present measurement scenarios that can be discussed from the perspective of workshop participants. Both companies have many years of experience in special instrumentation for measuring surface properties to determine wettability and adhesion.
