In order to inform vocational school teachers about the latest developments in the field of carpentry, the paint manufacturer Adler and the Fachverband Tischler Nordrhein-Westfalen organized a one-day seminar in Herford. The educators were able to brush up on their skills here.

Trainers should be in the know about regulations, developments and trends in the carpentry trade. In addition, they should be able to assist the trainees with sound technical knowledge and practical craft competence. To support them in this, Adler, together with the North Rhine-Westphalia state association of the joinery trade, invited trainees to a comprehensive surface training day.

In mid-April, Adler's trade sales manager for Germany North, Heico Cuwalsky, and his team welcomed nine vocational school teachers to Adler's Herford service base. "We informed them about the new regulation on isocyanates, VOCs and Decopaint, as well as developments in the field of sustainability and waterborne coatings," Cuwalsky reports.
