When anodizing aluminum, maintaining the electrolyte temperature on the workpieces is a decisive factor for the quality of the surface treatment. Therefore, effective bath agitation is important. A hdraulic bath agitation system stabilizes the anodizing process while improving quality and efficiency.

When anodizing aluminum, it is important for the quality of the surface treatment to maintain a certain electrolyte temperature. Experience shows that for batch processing, circulation of the electrolyte by conventional circulating pumping is usually not sufficient to maintain the desired temperature distribution in the bath. Air movement or hydraulic turbulence are then necessary. These can be generated by a pumped system with reactor nozzles at the bottom of the tank.
